Can yoga change my body shape?

A healthy body is the start for the physical transformation that you expect by practising yoga. Yoga has the potential to increase fat loss, develop muscle tone, and build flexibility, leading to a more lean-looking beautiful body​

How often should I do yoga for best results?

You know your body best. However, as a general rule of thumb, a healthy practice for yoga is usually around 3 - 5 times a week. This gives you adequate time for rest. Rest is crucial to recover, get stronger and maintain your health

Should I be sore after yoga?

It’s no surprise if you feel a little achey after yoga, especially if you’re use getting back into it after some time away or practiced postures you don’t normally do. The soreness after yoga you may be experiencing is called delayed onset muscle soreness, which usually occurs 12 - 48 hours after exercising

Why do I shake during yoga?

Shaking or quivering muscles during difficult yoga poses are a physiological and neurological response to working hard, and signal muscular fatigue, which is usually a good thing
