Yoga Practice: Classes

Hatha Yoga

a foundation of yoga practice. Each yoga style variation is basically from Hatha. During the session, there will be practice of Balancing, Stretching, Strengthening, and Relaxation. If you would like to practise from the basic on ground, Hatha Yoga is for you. Sun Salutation would be practised in the morning and day class


Aerial Yoga

also called flying yoga. If you enjoy a feeling of swing, you will find it is fun with lots of variations. In this session, you will find inversion no longer difficult with the support of the hammock which is beneficial greatly to our Body Circulation, Spine Stretching, and Core Strengthening. There are different options for Aerial Yoga lovers. “Low Fly Aerial Yoga” and “Aerial Yin Yoga” are welcome for non-experienced


Wheel Yoga

the power of Yoga Wheel, a combination of Core Strengthening, Balancing, Back (Spine) Stretching, is a recent popular prop in yoga practice. If you would like to increase a connection and flexibility on your muscles, yoga wheel will be your choice as it can help to release body tension, especially highly effective for back opening. Totally suits for beginner with the help of Yoga Wheel to enter different postures


Full Body Yoga Stretch

specially designed for non-flexible and newbie to yoga. Class will be conducted by simple warm-up exercise first in order to open our muscle flexibility. It is also ideal for yogi who would like to keep it up for the re-start after away from yoga practice for a period of time. Both upper (shoulders) and bottom (legs) body stretching would be practised. Absolutely suit for anyone, including beginner, office worker, and gym lover


Restorative Yoga

a tranquil and very light yoga practice with 100% comfort which is all about slowing down and stretching your body through the support of props. During the long hold of restorative yoga pose, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s because props, rather than your muscles are used to support your body. If you would like to have a relaxing yoga session, here you should try. It is especially recommended after meal or before bed. Aerial yoga option also available for restorative yoga


Kids Yoga Fun

design delightfully and specially for kids to learn and have fun in doing yoga. Its aims to cultivate our kids with Mindfulness in doing yoga which helps them focusing and reducing stress. Kids are dynamic creatures, teaching kids and adult approach is not the same. Game play, story-telling, art creation, OM chanting, short meditation, and gratitude sharing would be introduced in the class 

Yoga on Mat: suits for 4 - 6 years old

Aerial Yoga: suits for 6 years old or above


Sacred Women Circle Dance

experience this conscious dance, movement meditation and immerse in the space of feminine energy in a supportive and heart-centred connection which is a deep mindfulness practice with personal journey. A free-form guided movement meditation to express our true-self following by Women’s Circle support. Just allow yourself to connect with your inner peace and nourish your soul without judgement
