Kids Yoga Fun

Design delightfully and specially for kids to learn and have fun in doing yoga

Its aims to cultivate our kids with Mindfulness practice such as chanting OM or short meditation will be introduced which helps kids for focusing and stress-reducing.  Kids are dynamic creature, teaching kids and adult is not the same, game play, art creation and singing will be introduced in the class too

Suitable for 4 - 6 years old or 7 - 10 years old

Workshop held in alternate week on Sunday's afternoon for each group
